VCID No. 893316 Position Profile: We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Service Support team within our Community Health service area. The Senior Coordinator Service Development leads and supports the planning, development and implementation of initiatives to develop and/or improve Community Health programs, services and resources, consistent with Community Health policy and priorities. Reporting to the Director Service Support, your key responsibilities will include: Provide strong project management leadership in the planning and delivery of service development and publication activities for Community Health programs. Use a program management approach and project management methodology to plan, coordinate and support service and resource development activities for Community Health. Assist the Community Health leadership team to implement local, state and national community health policy initiatives into services and programs to ensure consistency and coordination. Oversee the development and review of relevant Community Health resources, including hard copy and electronic publications, as well as relevant intranet and internet content. Develop productive and effective working relationships with government and non-government service providers to operationalise service development and publication initiatives. Contribute to ensuring efficient, effective, appropriate and family-centred Community Health service delivery. The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
