Senior Electrical Engineer
Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Chemron Venezuela is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Petropiar NOJV Upstream division in El Tigre, Edo, responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Design and develop electrical systems and components, complying with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and review electrical technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to define electrical project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate with the procurement team to source electrical components and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
Provide technical support to electrical services, ensuring the technical integrity of electrical facilities.
Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems.
Perform hazard and risk assessments related to electrical systems and implement safety measures accordingly.
Maintain accurate project records, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.
Manage project budgets and cost estimates related to electrical engineering activities.
Reinforce health, environment, and safety requirements in support of Operational Excellence in all aspects of the operations consistent with Chevron Safety Management Systems.
