Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Establish strong relationships with key customers, architects, and designers. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales collateral, presentations, and promotional campaigns.Operational Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end operations process, including supply chain management, inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics. Implement operational systems and processes to scale the business efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service levels. Develop and monitor key operational metrics, such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.Customer Experience & Retention: Drive a customer-centric culture by ensuring that every interaction with the company delivers exceptional service. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and processes. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty, including follow-up communications and repeat business incentives.Startup Growth & Scalability: Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the company's growth strategy. Contribute to product development by providing insights from the market and customer feedback. Identify and implement new technologies and tools that can enhance sales efficiency and operational effectiveness. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support the company's growth goals.Team Building & Leadership: Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment that encourages innovation and high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create professional development plans for team members. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment, with experience scaling a business from the ground up. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
