We are seeking a creative and motivated Entry-Level UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development: Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.User Research: Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.Design Standards: Help maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards across all platforms.Innovation: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.Understanding of UX Principles: Basic knowledge of user experience methodologies and user-centered design practices.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback positively.Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
