Summary
Fine Dining Peruvian Restaurant in Doha Qatar is looking to hire waiters and waiter assistants. When customers inquire about food choices, the Fine Dining Waiters should be able to explain ingredients, preparation techniques, and available substitutions. They know about daily specials or seasonal offerings not on the menu and convey information about these additional choices to the dining party. Fine dining Waiters also, may offer suggestions to enhance the experience, such as which
wine pairs well with a given entrée.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
* Prepare all mise-en-place required for the tables and stations before each service.
* Undertake cleaning and tidying of service before, during, and after the service.
* Have a working knowledge of calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on diet. (information provided by the Chef)
* Upselling where is possible.
* Communicate effectively with other departments especially the Kitchen.
* Responsible for reporting any health and safety hazards, immediately to the senior the person on duty.
* Ensured high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering personal attention to customers.
* Monitor and ensure a clean workplace and other areas for the facility.

* Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
* Attention to detail
* Have knowledge of healthy eating in order to advise guests and answer queries
* Full understanding and knowledge of the menu.
