About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture at Chico's. This is an exciting opportunity to drive results, oversee operational activities, and supervise associates engaged in sales and inventory receipt.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive for Results: Establish clear expectations and hold the store team accountable for achieving brand standards.Perform and oversee operational activities, including opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes.Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, presenting and displaying merchandise in accordance with current standards.Develop a high-performance culture, motivating the sales team to meet assigned sales goals.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.Excellent customer service skills.Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
