Job Summary: As a key member of our team, the Sales Lead will drive sales and promote a customer-focused sales culture in a chic, styling-focused retail environment.Key Responsibilities:* Drive for Results: Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving sales and performance standards.* Supervise sales floor activities, including sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling.* Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and present merchandise in accordance with company standards.Build High Performing Teams:* Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.* Develop a high-performing culture by coaching and training sales team members.* Foster a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.Customer Experience:* Model and teach exceptional customer service skills and promote a cohesive omni-channel experience.* Build and maintain a loyal customer base through clienteling and wardrobing.* Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain a fast and efficient register experience.Talent:* Support the development of sales team members through training and coaching.* Interpret and deliver coaching based on Key Performance Indicator reports.* Drive associate and team engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent.* 1+ year retail or sales management experience.* Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements:* Constant walking and standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).* Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).* Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
